Test out some of the 3D printed parts I’m building for my 12 volt electric dredge project.
It all begins with an idea. Test that idea, then improve it and test it again. These files will be a work in progress and a way for the community to provide real world feedback as I work towards designing a better 2 inch electric gold dredge.

Suction Nozzle for 60mm ID Hose (01)
This two inch suction nozzle is designed to connect to the 60mm ID tubing I’m using in my testing at the moment. I’ll build a heavy duty version for 2” dredge hose next.
Water Jacketed Tri-Jet.
This model is designed with an inlet sized for 1-1/8” bilge hose. The threaded sections are 12mm deep ISO Metric 58mm x 2 mm and 75mm x 2 mm. Pipe ID 52mm and 68mm. You should be able to print your own hose barb from fusion 360 to match these threads, or I’ll update the file with the missing barb once I get a section of 2 inch dredge hose to test fit.
Be sure to use a rubber band to seal the press fit interface, or glue it.
